It's Super Bowl Sunday!

What's on the menu for your Super Bowl party?  If you're short on a few ideas, here is a recipe I thought was super cute for your little tacklers.

Mini Corn Dogs - RacheaelRaymag.com

14 ounce package mini hot dogs
1 cup pancake mix
1 egg
Vegetable oil

Directions
Slide each dog lengthwise onto 6-inch wooden skewer. Combine pancake mix, egg and 1/2 cup water. Pour oil into large saucepan to 1 1/2-inch depth; heat to 350 degrees . Dip dogs in batter, then in oil until golden, 30 seconds.

What game is complete without pom poms?  As a former cheerleader, and future cheer coach, here is a cute pom pom craft for the little ones I found on ParentMap.com.

Pom-Poms
Cut 12” strips of streamers or ribbons and staple them together at one end. Wrap the stapled end with duct or masking tape to protect little hands and create a handle. Leave as is, or attach to a paint stick (available free at the paint counter of any home improvement store.) Kids can mix and match colors and make a few extras for the adults. One note of caution -- the color in crepe paper streamers runs if it gets wet, use the metallic ones if you are worried about spills.

More ideas here.
Check back later for additional ideas. Go Giants!
