I am enjoying my time with this blog so much that it is taking up sooo much time in my day. I am constantly finding ways to engage my audience, you, and keep you coming back. However, I am currently searching for a work life balance between blogging, my family, myself, and other aspects of my personal life. My eyebrows need waxing, I've been neglecting painting the bathroom ceiling for weeks now and the blue painter's tape has become part of our bathroom decor. I need to reconnect with my girlfriends. I need to update my wardrobe a bit, clean out the clutter my kids call toys to prepare for this year's toy clutter coming December 25th. There's more on my list but I know you don't care.
My husband and I are preparing for our 10th year wedding anniversary trip and celebration. I need to focus on that a bit more and get my rear back into the gym to tone up a bit. I'm not quite a cougar, but I am married to a younger man so I need to keep myself together. I've decided to try Yoga to help with my flexibility and relaxation. I need it. Bad.
I still have those spa gift certificates from my birthday celebration months ago I have yet to redeem. What is wrong with me? Oh, I have a little too much on my plate.
With that said, I have decided to continue bringing you quality content, but to post no more than 3 - 4 times per week. For those of you who subscribe to this blog, I don't want to clog your email box with multiple posts each day so I have decided to focus on on the following:
1. Weekend Events for Kids & Families
2. "Help Me Stay Home" Campaign which includes coupons, deals, and freebies
3. Amazing content from yours truly (I have no idea so whichever the way the wind blows)
4. "Teen Tuesdays" is dedicated to bringing great opportunities, resources, and more for our teens. There is so much info out there to share.
So, I think that's about it. As moms we have to balance so many things without losing our minds. Yeah right. But I'm focused and on a mission to make ValleyStreamMom.com a great blog filled with relevant content for moms like you....and me. I too read my blog.
What keeps you coming back to ValleyStreamMom.com?
