Inc. Village of Valley Stream Offers FREE Entrepreneur Workshop Series

You've had this business idea in the back of your mind for years now and you've been waiting for the right time to launch it, right?  Sure you have.  Haven't we all?  Now is the time to realize that dream and make it happen!  But you don't know how or where to start, right?  Wrong!  Your time has come, it's FREE so mark your calendars.

The Incorporated Village of Valley Stream is working with Farmingdale State College to present a 7-part series of small business workshops to budding entrepreneurs in our community.  The workshops will be held on Thursdays from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. weekly beginning September 20th. Tom McAleer, Incorporated Village of Valley Stream Building Superintendent will facilitate our final workshop on "Doing Business in the Village of Valley Stream."  Registration is free and open to all.

The workshop series is the brainchild of Valley Stream Trustee Dermond Thomas who says, "As part of the plan to truly develop the business district here in Valley Stream, we have decided to provide a business incubation program for future entrepreneurs."
