WHALE's, Monkey's, and Bears come to Valley Stream

I'm glad the title of this post caught your attention!  How creative was that?  I stopped by the Valley Stream library just the other day to not only find toilet paper not in the bathroom, again, but to find out what amazing and creative programs they have coming up this month.  Be sure to register before you go!
Morning Movie for Tots - Curious George
Monday, July 16th @ 11 a.m.

This movie is for children ages 1 - 4 years old



Scrubby Bear Hand Washing Health Program
Wednesday, July 18th @ 12 p.m.
Using games, art projects, and stories, children will learn about germs and the importance of hand washing to reduce the spread of diseases.  Program is presented by the American Cross

W.H.A.L.E. - Water Habits Are Learned Early Safety Program
Wednesday, July 25th
Using various fun activities and an animated video featuring Longfellow, the blue whale, children will learn about water safety.  Presented by the American Cross
