Tropix DanceStudio FitnezZ is offering a complimentary ZumbAtomic® class for kids ages 4 - 12 years old this Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. According to Sunyedis, owner and fitness instructor, kids love to rock out because it's a blast! It's a fast-forward fusion of the Zumba program's moves which includes Salsa, Reggaeton, hip-hop, soca, and more). I know my 5 year old will love this because she's been wanting me to sign her up for hip-hop for the last year! This safe and effective program has kids wanting to get into the ZumbAtomic® groove.
